Our popular Health and Safety Support Packages enable Comply at Work Ltd to act as your company’s competent resource in order to assist in meeting your legal health and safety obligations, as specified in Regulation 7 of the Management of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 states that every employer shall appoint one or more competent persons to assist him in undertaking the measures he needs to take to comply with the requirements and prohibitions imposed upon him by or under the relevant statutory provisions.

This legislation applies to all workplaces regardless of what they do and the environment they work in. We can fulfil this role for you with one of our friendly support service packages at an affordable price, saving you the cost of employing in-house.
